Our platform uses AI to generate draft reports from structured patient data and transcripts, which clinicians can then review and edit as needed. How does Psodo work?
Psodo uses the latest large language models to analyse your structured data and generate draft reports from custom report formats. This structured data comes from either patient transcripts generated through our mobile app or your own notes. These drafts are then reviewed and edited by clinicians to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Pricing & Billing
Is there a free tier?
No, we do not currently offer a free tier. However, we do offer a free demo for all new users to explore the platform and see how it can benefit your reporting workflow.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not happy with Psodo, contact support for a full refund.

How fast is generation?
Typically, reports are generated within 1 minute, depending on the length of the input data and output report. We are continuously optimizing our models and infrastructure to reduce generation times while maintaining quality.

What data sources do you support?
We currently support structured data from patient transcripts generated through our mobile app, as well as manual input of notes in common formats.
